The area really flourishes in the cooler months. Nice place to take a stroll, have intimate talks. I'd say it' be great after a meal. There are nice sectioned areas with different species of rose & other flora.

The garden looks very tired, grass is mainly brown, many of the shrubs look tatty, not weeded and edged regularly, the trees look good. The description misled me. Many of the roadside gardens are in far better condition that Raffles'. The concept is good, the...More
