Enjoy nature walks? This is the place for you. In the spring, watch turtles being hatched. Listen to the birds singing all while walking an easy trail that has species of trees identified for you.

What a great place to take pictures!!!! Whoever planned the design and layout did a wonderful job. Walking through the park gives a calming effect. This is the kind of place you could go to daily for your morning or evening walk.

This is a very well kept sanctuary. The views in the fall are exceptional. They have some well maintained structures, bridge and water tower. The trails are well maintained. The only gripe I was was a pro photographer that insisted on blaring music as she...More

We stopped in mid morning and walked the trail. The trail is very well maintained with lots of points of interest as you follow it. Many types of plants and trees along the path with markers to let you know the type of plant life.

Well maintained walking paths with separate paths that are handicap accessible. Plaques along the way to explain the trees or birds that you might see. Perfect length for an afternoon stroll.

I do not recall seeing any signs saying dogs are not allowed. What I do recall is that strollers are discouraged due to the sandy terrain and more importantly, steps that are part of the trail around the island.
