Go here. Watch a movie. Eat some popcorn. Spend less than $20 for a small family. Take the glorious Art Deco. We are blessed to have this place. The owner is as much of a gem as the theatre.

Beautifully restored theatre! Prices very inexpensive, old time popcorn, soda and candy. You will even get an intermission! Next time we will try sitting in the balcony, I believe it's an extra 50 cents! Be sure to check their website for movies/times!

Do take in a film at the Washoe Theatre. The old Theatre is listed in the Historic Register and the art on the ceiling is magnificent . It is one of the grand old theatres still in operation. Staff are delightful too.

This movie house brings back all the nostalgic charm of the past. It has been maintained to represent the days it was originally built. It takes you back in time with very reasonably priced movies and an additional .50 cents to sit in the balcony....More
