A perfect way to learn the secrets of Khmer cooking at Le Tigre de Papier’s cooking school. After picking your favourite dish from the menu (one starter, one main course and one dessert), join one of the daily classes and you will be taught how to prepare the dish for yourself by one of our Khmer chefs. Then you will be able to taste your dishes ! The price is $12 including a guided visit of the central market.

We had a great time learning about local ingredients at the market and making our own authentic Cambodian dishes from scratch. Our teacher Sabun was so very patient and helpful! We were very surprised with the results ourselves 😋

You choose the dishes at the beginning of the course, from a selection off the restaurant menu. One starter and one main per person; the dessert was only one option per the entire group. The course then starts with a visit to the market. You...More

They ran the class even though I was the only person so I was lucky enough to have a private class. I chose my dishes and then was taken to the market to explore while the ingredients were portioned out by staff. When we returned,...More

Thoroughly enjoyed my afternoon learning to cook traditional Khmer food. Our teacher, Son Am, was informative and friendly throughout. The tour of the market showed a different side to local life that most tourists dont see with Son Am happy to answer any question. Would...More

The cooking class is a brilliant way to spend the evening. Our instructor was very friendly and helpful. The recipes were easy to follow and the food was absolutely delicous. We could chose from a wide range of local recipes. Highly recommended!

You get to pick the appetizer & main course you want to make, plus they send you the recipes afterwards so you can recreate them at home! The market tour, cooking class set up and execution were all excellent. Highly recommend!

This cooking class was one of my favorite experiences in Cambodia. The instructor was fantastic! We start off going to the market to get ingredients (the markets are teeming with people and crazy foods). You then head back to the kitchen and start preparing the...More
