Built in the 10th century, the Phimeanakas temple is a towering temple. It is in a cluster of other nearby temples (eg. Baphuon and Terrace of Elephants) which was handy.

needn't stay there for too long because it isn't too big. Anyway, it is still good to spend about 10 minutes to take some photos.

The look of the temple from a distance is imposing and impressive. There is not much to actually see, but I highly recommend.

This is a lovely pyramid-like temple, not as famous as it much larger neighboring temples. Still, it's worth a 5-minute visit.

Came across is temple from Baphuon on the enjoyable paths through the jungle. It was pretty quiet but nevertheless an enjoyable wee temple.
