This park deserves a visit. Although the hotels inside are quite expensive this place is just amazing! You'll experience breathtaking panoramas all around the park. You have few day walks if you don't want to do the "w" as the refugios (huts) for this one are expensive too.

We spent three days in the park in feb 2017. We had a great time there. Getting to and from the park was best done by renting a car we found. We not only saved a little bit of cash but it gave us the freedom to enjoy spots for a little longer than the people on tours. The park... More

We were in Torres del Paine National Park in mid December 2016. For non hikers out there, don't think for a minute that you won't have any great views. We rented a car and drove around the park. There are many more lookouts with parking than you can see in the Park's map. I got to see a lot and... More

Patagonia is a beautiful place, and Torres del Paine is an okay Park which grants access to some of the quintessential Patagonia sights. But Puerto Natales is infested with tourists and overpriced hostels, rental gear, food.... Pretty much everything. Its a 2 hour bus ride to and from the park, which sucks, and after May 1 you are required to... More

Best place in Chilean Patagonia. Incredible beauty. Raw untouched nature. Its a magical place you don't wanna leave. We visited the park in February, generally best time to visit is from October to March. Grey glacier, the towers, wildlife, graphite mountain peaks, vicunas everything simply incredible.

The park is well-deserving of its fame. I did the W trek with a group of friends and we had a fabulous time! We went near the end of season (mid-April), which meant certain campgrounds were closed and it was relatively cold, but the sights that surrounded us made it worthwhile. Our sunrise hike to the towers was cloud-covered and... More

The most amazing place. A wonderful trek through the wilderness, staying at the ecocamp, refuggio and sharing with new friends, was a new adventure for me. I enjoyed it immensely.

The landscape in Torres de Paine is unlike any place on earth. It should be on everyone's bucket list. It is easy to under estimate how remote this park is. Staying in puerto Natales is still a 2 hour drive into park on poor roads. The main hike i would recommend is the mirador de los torres. You get to... More
