Has been looking forward to visit this museum as I read about so many good comments about it. Was kind of disappointed when I reach here because it was just a museum of all types of piano but there were no further detailed information about...More

You can find some of the most unique and rarest pianos. I enjoyed the walk in the museum- such an eye opener.

The museum has the most extraordinary piano collection, from the ancient to the contemporary. Some are rare and some are weird. An eye opener for me.

Located on Gulongyu Island, the museum is an interesting place to visit, but wouldn't go to the island just for the museum. Fortunately, there are many other things to see on Gulongyu Island

Not worth the time unless pianos turn you on. Gulangyu island itself is worth traveling to if you have a spare day.

This museum is a rarity anywhere but especially in China. They have some of the most unique and rare pianos that I have ever seen. Especially good for kids or anyone interested in musical instruments.

To be honest, I didn't expect much of it, but was surprised by the great variety of piano's. From some of them I even didn't know that it existed. We quite enjoyed this museum and the walk towards it.

I'm a pianist, so I'm already biased about the subject matter. But this motley collection of pianos is really quite amazing, especially in China. So many old European pianos came to rest in Gulangyu!
