This place is vast and has many scenic spots and structures to visit. To get to the giant Buddha you need to climb a long flight of steps so do take your time. Do note that the Vatican palace in the north-east of the area is closed for renovation due to a fire, so the entrance fees have been greatly... More

This place is amazing. If you cannot walk much then you can take electric car ride. There is so much to see at this location. You can easily spend 4-5 hours at this location. Driving from train station to this location also very cool. Must visit!!!!!

I was here with my Chinese friend and her family. We spent a nice day on this very big site with lots of temples and statues. You can go from one spot to the other by means of small busses which is good since the area is really huge. After the visit of each spot there are some shops where... More

This is the most impressive landmarks that I have visited. November is chilly, but no crowds during this timeframe. Got to see the temple and explore the other sections of the temple.

The place is very big with a few different things to see. Not really good for a rainy humid day and it is very newly built so not good for those who want history.

Even if the weather was cloudy, this place was nice to visit. Inside the big Buddha there is a very interesting exhibition with statues. The show with the opening folwer with little Buddha inside is all in Chinese but worth to see with the water effects. We spent 5 hours visiting every places.

A great place to relax and spend whole day at Lingshan scenic area. Well developed and maintained area. Ashoka stupa/pillar (after Buddha's nirvana wall) was a surprise for me, being an Indian (4 faced lion is Indian emblem)! Happy Buddha with children playing on him, was worth understanding the innocence with compassion. Try vegetarian restaurant inside scenic place for lunch.... More

This is definitely a tour spot, but easy to get a taxi to and from. You could spend an entire day here because of so many temples being within walking distance. You can even pay extra to have a cart drive you around for the tour.

This is one of the most amazing places that I visited in Asia. The magic is all around and please dont miss the show inside one of the temples about the Budaism.
