I have been there twice and this second visit over the past 13 months was a surprising disappointment. This museum is unique and an interesting place for those interested. It claims to be the largest one of the type in the world. Lvshun snake museum is a place worth visiting at least once you if you are in Dalian. They even have snake leather belt, wallet and other artifacts if you are interested. But all the information is in Chinese and difficult to understand what kind of snake or reptile you see.

My son and I visited this museum as part of a day trip from Dalian. The entry fee was 35 yuan, and the museum is very close to the Lushun Museum and the Friendship Tower. The reptiles and fish were mainly in cages, but the exhibits near the entrance of the zoo were more open, and this resulted in money... More
