The villa occupied by the late General Chiang Kai Shek was not a pleasant site IMHO. The area however, was nice, easily reachable within 20 minute drive from most parts of the city. Suggest here to just walk along the beach nearby and view the...More

Badaguan is one of the special places you have to visit when in Qingdao. Stroll through the old streets lined by beautiful houses and trees. This is a favourite wedding photo spot, so beware of tired looking brides and grooms to be. Pity there are...More

It is scenic, although I wouldn't call it a resort cos I can't really sleep there. It is a protected old German concession area with old German mansions, beautiful tree lined roads and beaches. Some of the old mansions are open for visits although they...More

Nothing too exciting here but a pleasant area to walk around and relax. Some of the houses and buildings are lovely. If you're wanting to stroll around a little this area is nice to do that in.
