Our food tour was a great introduction to Cartagena. Christy (Australian tour guide) was very entertaining and knowledgeable. A lot of great food stops and recommendations with a lot of history and facts as well.
We took the street food tour and really enjoyed it. You'll see a lot of the San Diego portion of the walled city and Gestemani. This felt like a really unique experience, with great food, and a great guide. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I took both the street food tour and the coffee tour on separate days. Both are fun and our guide, Paulina, told us a lot about the history of the old town as well as pointing out interesting shops and sights. The food tour lasted about 2 hrs and we tasted a lot of different foods and were stuffed at the end. The coffee tour took us to several coffee shops and gave us a lesson on the history and production of coffee in Colombia as well as tasting coffee from several regions. Both tours are found by googling Cartagena connections. The tours were fun and we learned a lot about the history of the area. On the street food tour we tasted food in various small restaurants and tried different fruits from some of the street vendors, which was something I probably wouldn't have been brave enough to do on my own.
