I really enjoy this long walk by the sea. You go from town to town (Volosko, Opatija, Ičići, Ika, Lovran)... stones, small beaches, city beaches, pines, laurels and other plants, sound of waves... Beautiful and pictoresque!

The Lungo Mare is a lovely walkway along the seafront. It gets busy during the day and evening time but is a lovely place to stroll with an ice cream or stop in one of the many bars for a cool drink. Popular for a...More

Old and decadent hotels. Food and altogether service still ages away from regular EU standards, so the high prices aren't justified. On top my wife + me had a terrible experience on a beach shop, where we refused to pay 5€ for a plastic bracelet...More

It is very nice promenade, 12 km long. A lot of tourists walk there and it is pleasant place to spend some time. The interesting part of the promenade is Croatian walk of fame with stars of famous Croats on sidewalk.

A historical and stylish promenade along the sea which was established by the Kaiser Franz Jozef I. In the last year this promenade celebrated 100 years. The promenade is 12 kilometers long and connects Lovran with Opatija and Volosko.

Beautiful scenery, cristal clear water, ice cream, coffee and anything you wish. If it is too hot, just have a splash.
