After doing a ton of research on Trip Advisor on this place I decided to take a few hours out of my trip and snorkel there. The water is amazing beautiful and clear and the location is very close to town. Locals and some traveling...More

We stumbled upon this by accident while looking for the beach. Take a water taxi (cost about $0.55) from the main docks and walk past German Beach (a cute little beach itself). Walk down the trails and you come to a hidden cannon with a...More

I recommend to visit it it is the only place, you feel that your body fills with energy on having gone out of the water.

Taking a water taxi over to Las Grietas, is very easy & you have a nice walk through various scenery before jumping in & cooling off. Would highly recommend.

From the dock in Puerto Ayora you take a water taxi across the bay to the Angermeyer Hotel then walk for about 15-20 minutes to this swimming place. It's best to wear decent shoes for the walk as the volcanic rocks under foot are very...More

Be early as could be very busy.....the water could be murkier than expected. The arrival though a hot and desolated path is a great opportunity to enjoy a different type of nature than expected...a salar and an excellent swamp area with plenty of nature
