Hiked up this trail after reading hiking trails on Guam. After reading the reviews, just realized I hiked up Mt. Jumullong Manglo and not to Lamlam summit. Still the hike rewards you with awesome views and little break from the hot weather. Still very humid so take plenty of water. Trail is well trodden but need to be careful not... More

We attempted the trek with our adult children and were blessed with a local host who drove us all the way to the area of the highway where a signpost indicated the starting point. We were forewarned that the slopes could be slippery in the rainy season and though it had not rained that much and it was sunny when... More

So, the trail to Mt Lam Lam forks near the top. The left fork takes you to Mt Lam Lam and the right fork takes you to Mt Jumullong Manglo (where the crosses are). My two daughters (15 & 8) and I hiked up to MJM. The hike was pretty easy, about 30-45 minutes. A little sword grass here and... More

Good half day hike to the top, lunch and back. Beautiful views. We made it to the crosses but not to the actual peak of actual Mt Lamlam. Fun adventure. .

Arguably one of the highest points on earth if you take into account the Marianas Trench resides just off Guam's southern coast. Great view of the island and surrounding waters nonetheless.

Lamlam is a great hike with opportunity for great views, diversions, and bushwacking. I am going to break this hike to Lamlam in three segments: (1) Ascent to ridge (starts at road ends at fork) (2) Hike along ridge to Lamlam 1311 (3) Bushwacking/scrambling to highest Lamlam peak (1332). 1) Not much clarity is needed for this segment of the... The parking lot is at Cetti Bay Overlook and the trail now has a sign across the street. The trail up to the ridge between Lamlam and Jumullong Manglo is easy to follow. It is steep at times and with red clay so it can be slippery if it has rained recently. About 45 minutes to this point. Once on... More

Been on this hike PLENTY of times, still as breathtaking as it was the first time! You can almost see the whole island from the top.

Hike the tallest point in Guam! Recommend you start your hike around 6am. Less than experienced hikers will take about 3 hours, start to finish. Bring your water, sunscreen, bug spray and snacks. Considered one of the more difficult hikes in Guam. Park at the Sella Bay overlook and cross the street. The trail head is not marked but will... More

The hike was decent (being that I'm pregnant). Beautiful view. I would do over and over again.
