Informative
Feb 2021 • Couples
The Marine Museum has loads of information about the Andaman islands, their history, the native settlers and sea life species. My husband and I enjoyed our visit here. Try to visit after lunch hours and it is not crowded so you can enjoy the display at a leisurely pace.

Vast collections of Shell and Corals
Feb 2021
The marine museum is really informative, especially the collection of shells and corals. The sea shell display includes cowries, conchs etc. Some of these artifacts are extremely rare and really beautiful to look at.
But, if you're expecting lot of variety in marine life, you'll be left with disappointment. The ticket cost per person is Rupees Fifty.

Nice museum but terrible shop
Jan 2021 • Family
Nice museum but don't buy anything from the shop inside. It's a loot. Instead buy from government shops.

Definitely find time to go there at the beginning of the Andamans trip
Dec 2020
There are sample of fishes, corals, shells and they play a nice video showing a glimpse of the places to visit in Andamans. A must go place at the beginning of the trip itself. After you see the museum, the glass bottom ride to see the live marine life makes more sense.
