Those who want to learn about history of space travel, this is the place. Great exhibits inside and out. Nice Star Trek exhibit. IMAX not so great, it is more a planetarium show, which was good. Recommend!

My kids really enjoyed both the outside exhibits as well as reading up on everything inside (as well as trying on the astronaut outfits).

This state museum has a great location in a nice building with incredible views of the valley. However, we had higher expectations for the displays.

We have been to many NASA museum's and facilities, so I wasn't expecting much in New Mexico. I was wrong. This is a great museum that is affiliated with the Smithsonian. The exhibits were fun and informative and we really enjoyed out time there.

I had a couple hours to fill while waiting to make an appointment and have always wanted to swing by the museum. I was early so the actual building was closed but there are plenty of outdoor exhibits which you can tour without the facility...More

We spent about two hours at the space museum. A great place to spend the hot afternoons after visiting White Sands in the morning. Our 5 year old boy loved every minute of it. He loved all the hands on activities and pretend vibrating launch...More
