Great example of new construction modeling ancient style with machine carving duplicating the past. Excellent presentation of founder with an amazing similarity to the biblical history of a certain christian prophet you may recognize

We visited the temple last year with family when we visited Ahmedabad. Swaminarayan temple, with nice architecture. Also has a small amusement park alongwith the temple which can be enjoyed by the kids.

The place is very well maintained since i had visited the place 8 years ago...it gives a good view in to the life of Saint Swaminarayan on his life and works in India during the 18 th century.

in february we had visited the akshardham temple with family anf it was just so good. there we find nice water rides n games for children. the temple the food.. very nice

It is... but skipping the light and sound show is advisable as its really loud... and i don't think they will allow a pram inside so u will have to always carry him in arms

Nop, no mobile phones no cameras...
can we get the water show tickets easier or we have to plan earlier for to purchase water show tickets.

Yes you could get that easily but make sure to reach there on time for not missing the show.
