Probably one should get a guide here to show the place around. Didn't find it special, everything reeks of renovation and the glory days are lost amidst infographics on Mahatma Gandhi.

I did not see any guides like other attractions, but there are interpreters at certain locations throughout the attraction that will explain some parts to you . They are dressed in white and I used one to explain the model... More

Cant confirm timing, can assume office timings. And, yes Camera is allowed.
