This is one of the best place around delhi where one can enjoy cool and calmness and admire nature. Though Delhi has very few such places and this is one among it

Nice place for picnic with friends and family. Lake do not have much water now. At its bank, there is Haryana Tourism complex with small restaurant.

This place is around 25 Kms away from Gurgaon and good option for a day outing. You can start around afternoon and return by evening. Approach road goes through villages and quite green. Once you reach at Damdama lake, there are options of Camel rides...More

this place is good but the weather is the main constraint. I have visited this place in winters and at that day the lake looks gorgeous.

Located outside the main city so this'll require some travelling. Has the obvious options for boating and camel rides. Gets too hot during the summers so avoid on sunny days.

Picnic is a good idea. And you can take your own food there.

Don't know if they will have boating in monsoon rainy season now.
Hi, I want to Damdama lake with my female friend. She wants to go there. Is this place safe for couples? I will visit this place next month on weekend or weekday. How was the atmosphere? Thanks in Advance

Damdama isn't a very good place for couples. However as suggested above, its better if more than 1 couple goes there since on weekdays, the place is not much crowded n hence would not be very safe.
