Good to visit 15-30mins here… good part is the water is functional from its source. So one can visit and see the water coming out from a natural source.

The garden is on the way to Parimahal and the smallest of the moghul gardens in Kashmir. A stream is flowing in the garden and it is believed that The first prime minister of India, mr. Nehru used to drink water from this stream due to its medicinal property, specific for digestion. So there is a special spot for drinking the water of the stream and if you take empty water bottles, then you can collect water also. Apart from this nothing fascinating about this place.

The view around the garden are amazing. Lot of beautiful flowers and old trees inside the garden. However, please visit when the weather is nice, avoid afternoons during summer seasons. The clearniness around the park needs attention. Overall good opportunities for visitors to take some picture in and around the garden.

I visited this on my way back from Pari Mahal. It looked much smaller than Nishat Bagh and as usual was pretty crowded. The stream which runs through the centre is pretty small and had little water. The flowers around were also OK. Moreover if you are visiting the other mughal gardens of Srinagar then you can skip this as this might look like a repetition and little less attractive than the others.

The grounds area is much smaller than Shalimar and Nishat for bringing a picnic and spending time and only has one different level and waterfall rather than the multiple levels at the other two. It would be worth a short stop after the Palace but not going for the gardens themselves.

This is the least attractive off the four Mughal gardens. The spring from which it derives its name is small and there is nothing special about it.
