It's not easy to park here as theere's also a big Ganesh Temple in the same place. Nandi itself is easy to see and the temple is not far from the road up a short hill (no shoes).

It was fun to see this temple and marvel at the bull carved into an extremely large rock. Legend has it that the bull grows so there are large planks placed on the head of the bull to keep it from growing. During our visit, many locals came for their pooja which was lovely to see. We also met many... More

This is one of the most amazing temple i visited as a part of Bengaluru Darshan. The idol of Lord Nandi is truly colossal and awe inspiring.very popular with tourists and people get darshan very quickly. It is close to the Dodda Ganesha temple. Both the temples can be visited at a single stretch

World's one & only Temple dedicated to "Nandi" Lord Shiva's 'Bahan' and has the largest image of him. However the miniature Nandi stone idols sold outside has its two front foot wrongly represented.Be aware before buying them.

I went an hour before the dodda ganpati temple opened in the evening and it meant it was only myself and the priest in the temple. Got a completely uninterrupted time to worship. Bull is magnificent. Worth visiting.
