The Cochin team is very unprofessional and discriminatory! I booked, and they asked me to reschedule and then canceled. I booked something else and had a medical emergency and could not get them on their 24hour contact number and when I finally reached them, they said their phone wasn't working. I booked this through expedia, it cost $80AU per person, received an email saying no need to contact anyone, your booking is confirmed. I emailed the company direct while away to ask about the best transport options from the train station and received a reply from international customer service saying they would pass the enquiry on to the local office.... The food tour was a great way to learn about all of these unknown street foods that I see every day but don't know what they are!
