One of the famous hill station on western ghats, atleast 6-7 sight seeing spots. Couple of waterfalls. Roads are good quality. Best to visit in Monsoon & winter.

Waterfall on one side and valley opposite to waterfall, waterfall is safe to climb and enjoy because of stairs builded at waterfall , fresh weather , nice food , it is difficult to find space for parking near waterfall in peak season

It is situated 690 meters above sea level,this hill station in Sawantwadi makes a geat summer retreat.Amboli draws visitors to its waterfalls,especially in rains and sea view point,which offers a panoramic view of the konkan coastline
