The safari was very nice. We could catch a glimpse of lion, deer, giraffe, bears, zebras. Very large zoo. Difficult to cover the whole area by walk. The aquarium and reptile park was very nice. But the overall maintenance is very poor. Worth a visit...More

The zoological park is an average spot worth a visit, but far from the city. A good picnic spot for families. It can be a good destination for a day trip, but nothing more than that.

We went there for a day trip. the safari ride was really good. We got to see lion , bear , deer all in the same ride. The exotic birds section was also great.

Was visited just after the super cyclone. All the trees were uprooted and the animals were reduced much in Number. Despite of that saw Tigers and rare breed of Peacock from very proximity

Dear Rohit, Enjoy a visit to Nandan Kanan during festivals holidays. Due to mandatory norms followed to give rest to animals for 1 day, the park is closed on Mondays. We visited this Eid and the place was crowded. Enjoy... More

Best time of travelling is always the winter except in the extreme cold places. Plan accordingly and try to visit between 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm as 4.00 pm is the feeding time of most of the animals and best viewing is possible... More
