Great Place to go with family and look at ancient scriptures from king Ashoka era in Pali script. The Buddhist Stupa on hills and the light and sound show is worth an experience

It is close to Bhubaneshwar city about 8 Kms and can be visited while returning from the Puri trip. There is some history also attached to this site related to Kalinga war which Ashoka the great ,fought here. Pleasant place and must e visited.

Very fresh environment. Artwork is good. Looks good even from 10 kilometres away. Been there 4 times. Overall a very good experience. A bit far away from Bhubaneswar town, that's why I often can't go there.Or else its a great place to visit.

From the parking place to the pagoda alternate arrangement like ramp, battery truck etc. should be there for elderly and handicapped people, Similarly for approaching the adjacent river, the only way is by trekking which is absolutely impossible for handicapped & elderly persons.
