Beautifully maintained Museum. History from the times of the legendary Punjab Warriors to the recent Kargil war, is depicted here. The area is serene with lovely lawns. Battle Tanks, Fighter Aircraft are also displayed which helps bring out our patriotism. Kids had a great time clicking pics on the Battle Tanks and Fighter Aircraft. Perfect place for a picnic outing.... More

I've learned something as I did not know the journey and the achievements of the Maharaja, nor several other wars. Also, some displays are impressive. For instance, rifles there are incredibly big. The best part about the museum is its beautifully maintained garden with weapons and war craft on display. A fair number of interesting items are on display inside too. Don't visit with great expectations and you will not be disappointed.

Located just outside Ludhiana on the national highway, the war museum is away from the hustle and bustle of the city. it is a nice getaway for a weekend. The museum has just a nominal fee and most of the places inside have unrestricted access. If you are a history buff, this is the place for you in and around... More
