Since most of the palace is turned into a hotel , the museum was a 45 minutes tour . The palace opens around 9 and a quick early morning tour is recommendable.

A very well organised and maintained collection but is relatively sparse compared to some of the other museums in similar Forts.

There are aspects that fulfil a desire for knowledge. But was left with the feeling that there could have been more pertinent artefacts on display. In comparison to the museum the shop was extremely well stocked !

Yes they charge a nominal entry fee of INR 30 for Indian Tourists. The best thing which I found interesting Being a civil engineer is the paintings on the roof of the museum hall. Do not miss that!
