about 6-7 kms from sawai madhopur, the amareshwar mahadev temple is as old as the ramthambore fort and dedicated to lord shiva.if your have time while on your trip to ranthambore, do visit this place.

The temple is isolated and underdeveloped. It is so beautiful since there are natural springs with real heavy sulphur water. The temple is not great to see and there are no facilities. We were told by someone so we visited but never regretted.
