This temple per say is not in Sawai Madhopur, don't know why TripAdvisor lists it that ways. It is in another town which is perhaps 2 stations down the Sawai Madhopur station (must be 1 1.5-2 hrs journey). Went there for the third time with family, accommodation Is almost 3 Star type. Stay at anand dham for a very good experience. The temple Is beautiful and peaceful. It's 3 hrs from vrindavan. And drive is pretty smooth.

I went there one day before Holi and enjoyed festival holi with natural Chandan Kesar color.This temple is very Auspicious .The original idol of lord Mahaveer is miraculous.As soon as you enter temple you feel calm and peace.I will like to go on every Holi festival there.Atmosphere is fantastic these days. I am visiting this place for many years almost ones or twice each year.The Bhagwan Mahaveer idol is one of the most popular religious place among Digamber jains. This temple is located in Sawai Madhopur and one of the most scared places for the Jain pilgrimage. It is a place where thousands of people visit every day. We were there for a religious ceremony and it was truly inspirational. The building is beautiful, and extremely clean. Beautiful gardens, stained glass windows, and colorful people. Shree Mahaveer Ji located at Sawai Madhopur district in Rajasthan is one of the most sacred places of Jain pilgrimage It's the place where the ancient idol of Lord Mahaveera was excavated from beneath the earth You feel so relaxed and serene every time you visit this place
