We spent a few incredible hours touring this spectacular palace. We hired a guide by the front gate and he was amazing. Much better than using the audio guide! A really gorgeous palace, LOTS to see! Really beautiful! Do not miss this!!!

Must visit when you go to Udaipur. It is large and please make sure to hire one of the government guides who know the history.

I went to City Palace of Udaipur. Built completely with marble and granite, and it also has the beautiful appeal of marble-work, mirror-work, silver-work, inlay-work, wall paintings, murals. Extremely beautiful place to go.

A good place to visit for history lovers. A guide is must for understanding the history attached to the palace. Audio tour is also available.

Worth a watch but too expensive, the crystal gallery costs you 800rs and visit is 250, does not include tour. City palace in Jaipur is much better

I took my 11 months old daughter and we were more than happy with our decision to not bring stroller along. Its better to carry baby in lap or belt.
