The thick, 70-feet-high, red sandstone walls here surround 94 acres that show off palaces, audience halls, mosques and more. Signs in English, his explanations and... More

We arrived at the Taj Mahal and stayed until after noon. It was a beautiful site in the midst of a grimy city. Most beautiful building we have ever seen.

Only 25% available to the public, but worth it. Beautiful gardens, Moghul architecture, harem rooms. All fascinating. Better with a guide. 1 1/2,hours.

The red forte has so much to see. Courtyards, Minerets, Gardens, the mote, mini Palaces, incredible archways, and the views! Tons of architecture to see. Many many buildings within the fort. The monkeys hang out there too!

the architecture is superb. the whole layout reflects the ancient and beautiful handwork of the olden days. I loved strolling around in their park and taking pictures. however make sure u dont bring any food as some monkeys were spotted hanging around.

Although most visitors come to Agra to see famous Taj Mahal, Agra Fort is for sure worth a visit as well, it is a great example of Islamic architecture. It is better to hire a local guide to take you around, the visit takes ca one hour.
