Tour guides have made this place as a business destination. The moment you enter the city, guides start to stop your car mid of the highway. They will start scaring you that you won't be able to see the whole place. You will be needing the guide. But that is all a lie. You can very much go inside the... More

Tough and rude security - possibly in lead up to republic day. Could take nothing in with you (including passports ad phone!) I got in, but there was no information once inside. Unsure what I saw - besides a tacky disney-esque water feature with Krishna. Like a precious poster - avoid unless you are fluent in Hindi.

It us a legendary place for Hindu Religion. Very systematic entry and exit system. Lot of security. Sad feeling as one gets to know how religious symbols and faith have been mutilated by invaders from Afghanistan, Iran and Mughals. One must be able.to walk as the premises is large. Carey water bottle. Beautiful depiction of Krishna leela in nearby cave... More

Beware of Touts/guides, as they thug you on the name of God by taking you to the places asking you to shell out money in name of pooja. The genuineness of which is always doubted.

Krishna Janam bhoomi is a holy place to visit. The fabulous idols of Radha and Krishna attracts towards itself. Its so charming that one doesn't want to move when taking darshan and blessings. A nice surroundings for shopping and eatables. The birth place of Krishna is also very nice place to visit.

Krishna Janma bhoomi is the birth place of lord krishna. This is over 5000 years ago, however the place has been reconstructed and rebuilt. Its more like a jail to visit in the city of mathura, requires maximum one hour to complete it.
