This is a local fish market for Bali. You can see many small fishing boats out on the bay. This market probably supplies most of the seafood for the local restaurants. It is not particularly clean or inviting. but I don't recommend watching sausage get...More

Nothing attractive about this place! Dirty and so smelly!! Smelled like rotten fish not fresh. I was horrified over the amount of locals on the pier fishing and the amount of boats in and out of the water. The bay is being over fished and...More

For sunset freaks. Eat fresh grilles fish and sea food. Beautiful place, but run by local cartel. Similar prices and menus in all restaurant. Only private cars to drive back, so go there with your car and ask to stay.

If you can get past the smell and of course the mess, this is a lot cheaper than further down the beach. Pick your seafood and the small local restaurant cooks it up for you cost is by the kilo, all BBQ'ed. They do a...More

Third world surroundings - wet, smelly, dingy, cramped, crowded, but really interesting! First world produce - range of species, wide choice, very fresh (mostly, be careful, make sure you know how to tell), but not cheap if you want the best available! The vendors are...More

No all fresh seafood. Perhaps one of the restaurants down the beach further would suit you better.
