Sekumpul Waterfall is touted as the most beautiful waterfall in Bali. It is fairly close to Niagara Falls Lemukih, only about 2 km away. Understandably, the Village and Village Lemukih Sekumpul indeed neighbors. To see Sekumpul Waterfall close, it takes a bit of effort and struggle. From the parking lot, you have to walk quite far away, down a dirt road, down the hundreds of stairs, and across the river. When you ride a motorcycle, you can still ride from the parking lot (near the ticket window), to the end of the road paving. After paving the way out, the road turned into a narrow dirt road (footpath). Not long down the path, you arrived at a blank bale (gazebo) with Niagara Falls Sekumpul incredible lure.

There are 2 different ways to approach the waterfalls. I approached from the first entrance the first time. These waterfalls and the walk is just incredible. Be prepared to be wet. So beautiful, so powerful, so worth to see this place. As I was leaving I noticed people on the other side standing on top where the waterfalls begin. This... More

This was absolutely incredible. So beautiful! Wear good shoes bc some of the trail is slick. No guide necessary. There are stands with water and fruit if you want to sit for a bit. Once there allow for an hour and a half to two hours. Absolutely recommend!

Very pretty but not easy to get to. If you are adventuresome snd have a lot of time in Bali then you should go. If your time is limited, there is so much to see that you don't want to waste almost a day visiting waterfalls. We had a week there and wanted to get away from the city, so... More

We stopped at Sekumpal with our guide who recommended this place for a stop, the town itself had a lively market and was filled with locals. We stopped for a Coconut drink but did not venture down to the waterfall itself which had lots of people in the pools at the bottom of the fall. it was a breathtaking spot... More

It is a couple hours to get there, and a very long winding road up the side of mountains, but it is a beautiful site to see. Once get to the top where the small town is located, you rent a moto taxi (scooter) to have the driver take you down to the trail head, where you start the downward... More

Sekumpul warefalls are the most spectacular Bali's waterfalls, the visit needs longer to stay in the river because it is in the deep areal and very beautifull. Mr. Sule is one of the trekking guide around the territorial who can organize stunning views trekking.

Please be prepared to spare a full day for this. Travelling there would take 2-3 hours - 1 way. Once you get there, hire a local guide to take you around (if you prefer to be adventurous, you can explore by yourself); a local guide would save you time and also give you some local stories of the place/ surroundings... It is amazing place to visit and maybe experience being in water near waterfall. This was my first time and it was amazing! There is also a small holy water pool next to it, with clear and fresh water. Make sure you bring your bathers, even if you said you don't want to go in because you will!

We had an amazing tour: the waterfalls and nature are wonderful, we took a swim below the falls and jumped from the rocks into the water. You can imagine we had a blast :). We had the privelege to have had an amazing guide (picture in attachment, look for him!). Give him a good tip because we still feel sorry... More
