We have seen three of the most famous cascades in Bali. This is the nicest one. It has 2 sides and one of them (where it is allowed to swim) is so romantic.

It's quite a walk (especially on the way back up), but it's worth the effort. Skip the guides that offer their services to escort you down. Even with a blindfold you will get there :-)

You pay 10.000 rp,leave your bike and go to the beautiful waterfall! If you wanna cool down on a sunny and hot day-no problem,water is cold and fresh!

You do NOT need a guide to see the waterfall. They can charge up to $25 to 'guide' you to the falls. There are quite a few steps but the path is obvious and concreted and winds down to the waterfall. Git Git is spectacular...More

April/may would be good, but anytime outside of wet season would be good which is around Nov- Feb 😀 hope this helps

She would manage the steps down and up. They are concrete and sound but you would need to hold her hand as some are a little taller than usual steps. Easy gradient and wide so you could take your time. Relying on memory... More
