very large classes always and a real sense of extreme cluster. I also tried the tibetan singing bowl meditation at night, which you have to register an hour in advance for and pay 130000R. Well, I've been into singing bowls for some time and know my way around a decent meditative experience with them. I can't believe I paid for... More

Please be prepared for the extremely large class sizes - up to 50 people!! It's not a personalised experience at all and the huge room means it's difficult to see and sometimes hear the teacher. Beginners will struggle. However the beautiful uplit deity statues in the garden were lovely to look at while practicing and the cafe food was wholesome... More

you must stop here if you are in Ubud... it is part off the culture in Bali. Enjoy a juice while you rest from yoga and catch up on wifi.

Great venue to do yoga but as with all of this sort of places, experience is much dependant on the teacher. Several types of yoga available, and for varied levels of experience. Good value for money in my opinion. We did Yin with Greg and Vinyasa Flow with Bex. Both were excellent in my opinion. Would definitely recommend the place.... More

I've had the pleasure to travel the world and do yoga at some wonderful places... I count The Yoga Barn among them! There are classes basically from 7am to 7pm. All different kinds of yoga, whether you are a beginner to the most advanced yogi, there is something for everybody and every level. But, I have to acknowledge one teacher... More

I took a vinyasa class with Gregory Kaps. He's def a good and experienced teacher, good energy, provides variations to accommodate different levels of experience. I agree with other reviewers re the large class sizes being impersonal and more suitable for yogis with some experience. However my main tip for visitors is to bring a yoga towel to lay on... More

I'm a regular vinyasa attender and I found Yoga Barn had a great deal to offer in terms of yoga experiences. There's enough variety for any yogi including hatha, vinyasa style, iyenga and more. I loved the outdoor experience and sometimes they have live music. One high light was doing yoga in the steamy Bali weather while the rain fell... More

This is a big expansive place offering a range of classes and a very buzzy cafe at the back, as well as massage and healing options. Solo travellers and groups alike will find options and i particularly recommend the meditation class with Punnu.

I joined the class that has about 80 -100 people! This place is overcrowded and overate. They do not has a limit class size. It's a yoga factory. NOT recommended.
