Authentic cooking class of a warm family
We enjoyed a cooking class with our family (me, my wife and two kids of 21 and 17. It was a great and warm welcome and very authentic to have a cooking class in the kitchen of their own house. We are glad to have learned to cook in a typical Indonesian way and enjoyed the meal. Thanks and it is 100 % recommendable !

    Great morning
We had a wonderful morning. Picked up on time from hotel and visited market and paddy field on way to cooking class. Great time learning about the cuisine and getting stuck in preparing the dishes before sitting down to a lovely lunch. Also enjoyed making my own offering. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

    Must do!
Great experience!! Kadek and his family were so welcoming, informative and lovely. It was an early start (7:30AM pick-up at hotel) but packed with so much learning and great food! I really appreciated the focus on teaching us about the way rice is harvested, and also really appreciated the fact that we had the option to cook both vegetarian and non-vegetarian menus in order to accommodate our whole group. The food we ended up cooking was absolutely delicious! Highly highly recommend for your next trip to Ubud

    Amazing Cooking class
Had an amazing time. Highly recommend. We were picked up early from the hotel at around 7.30. went to the local markets and learned all about the different ingredients before going to Kadeks house. It's an amazing family business interacting with Kadek and his family was great they were all so friendly. We cooked 10 dishes in total. We were lucky in the sense it was a small class only 4 in total but in general I believe the classes here are way smaller and more intimate then other providers. Highly recommend

    Easy 5 stars
Amazing cooking class, taught by a lovely family. Kadek picked us up at 7.45 and brought us to a local market. He is extremely knowledgable and well informed. We then went to a rice field where he explained the process of harvesting rice. We were then brought to their beautiful home where we were greeted with welcome drinks and started cooking. Learning how to make traditional Balinese food was fascinating and enjoyable, and we worked up an appetite for lunch when we got to eat the fruits of our labour. The food was outstanding. Can’t recommend this place enough

This was the highlight of my stay in Ubud. Kadek was so professional and knowledgeable, and his family welcomed us warmly into their home. It was a very hands on class and we cooked so many amazingly fresh, fragrant and colorful dishes. The trip to the local produce market and the rice paddy was very interesting and great part if the tour as well. Cannot recommend this highly enough, should be top of your "to do" list while here - don't miss it!!

We had such a great experience! We learned so much about Balinese food and cooking. Together with the chef and his family we made delicious meals, of which we could not believe that we made it ourself (okay with all the instructions of our chef ;-))
We also learned a lot about Balinese culture, that was a big plus.

We would highly recommend this cooking class for all of those who look for an easy and nice class with positives vibes and the best Balinese meals!
