This was without doubt one of the best experiences we have had so far in Bali. Do the morning cooking class, then you get a tour of the markets, you are provided with very knowledgeable information on all the fruits, spices, noodles & vegetables. Then a drive through beautiful scenery to the cooking school. We all worked in pairs and... More

Awesome afternoon at Ketut cooking class where you do all the cooking not observation. Amazing vale for money given it includes free pick up and your food. Were glad we didn't do the morning as you get told about the food as you cook, afternoon is also quieter as people want to do the market tour.

We had an amazing time at this cooking course, the chef was so funny. The morning session is defintely the best one as they take you round the ubud markets and teach you about the spices and vegetables. You cook 6 dishes in total as a group and in pairs. Its great! Then you get to at it all... I... More

A fantastic experience from start to finish! Picked up and driven to the scenic cooking school. We were a group of 4 whilst the main man, Ketut was taking a group booking of 7. Our chef for the afternoon was Made and he was excellent! Explained each ingredient and constantly laughing which was infectious. He had two other helpers who... More

We decided midday that we wanted to get into the 3PM cooking class. A quick email with an immediate response (literally within 5 minutes) and a driver was organised to pick us up in time for the class. Unfortunately, because we did the afternoon class we missed out on the market visit as the markets close at 11AM - if... More

Just wanted to add my family's 5 star endorsement for Ketut and his cooking school. We - three adults - enjoyed the market visit, the explanations, the cooking, the comaraderie with the other participants, and the meal. Ketut has personality to spare - good humor, deep knowledge, and lots of experience showing people a good time. We treasure our souvenir... More

Free pickup from hotels in Ubud. Tour started with a tour of the market - guides did a very good explanation. Great experience cooking in the countryside area with rice fields. Food was delicious!

This was a highlight of my trip. It was so much better than I expected. The class was well organized and the instructor was so fun and pleasant. The ingredients were fresh and the food was delicious! I'm leaving Bali with a few new recipes that I can't wait to try back home.

Got picked up at the accommodation, and we started with a visit to the market. Got more information about the ingredients, but also about Balinees traditions and customs. Then we were off to the cooking class. That's where we were introduced to our chef, Ketut. He's an entertaining person that knows his way around the kitchen very well. He explains,... More
