An Original Balinese Cooking Class offers you an opportunity to learn how to cook real Balinese food with local ingredients, with skilled and friendly Instructors. Teachers who can impart the secrets of Balinese cooking to you in a casual and fun atmosphere. Chef Ketut is cooking instructor of Payuk Bali Cooking Class. He emphasizes a friendly teaching style centered on actually doing, rather than watching. He guarantees that by the time you complete your course you will not only have learned a thing or two about Balinese cooking but you will also have had a most memorable experience.

This is a fantastic activity when on Bali. From the driver and staff to Made the chef, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The visit to morning market is interesting and fun and worth getting up a bit early for. The setting for the cooking school is beautiful and the cooking stations are well equipped. Made's instructions were so accessible and his positive attitude was contagious. We were active and engaged in all the prep and cooking and I will be able to repeat the recipes when I return home. I wholeheartedly recommend Ketut's Bali Cooking Class and would sign up for it again on a return trip to Bali.

I had a lot of fun cooking these tasty meals! We had 5 dishes in total.
The market tour is also nice - you can buy some ingredients there to take back home.

Ketut was a wonderful and energetic teacher who always made me laugh! The class was very informative and the food turned out delicious. Has a vegetarian menu that is also suitable for vegans. Very reasonable price as well!!

Ketut and his family were amazing! They introduced us to Balinese culture and cuisine and really made that part of our Bali trip memorable and fun. I would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Bali!!!

We started the day by having a private driver picked us up at the villa and visited the local market. Greeted by the staff who gave us an enriching tour around the local market. Absolutely enjoyable cooking session. The place is spaciously and well ventilated. Kitchen ware are equipped. Cooking class is by a big family and they prepared the course very well. Very passionate about cooking and sharing Balinese food. We cooked our own meals and eating our own lunch is such a rewarding experience. We came across other cooking class but this is the best. Recommend to visit their website and WA to book.

The market tour and class were fantastic! Ketut is so funny and his team are warm and welcoming. It was a very hands on class and we made such delicious food which we feasted on afterwards. I cannot recommend highly enough.

If you can find a driver in Bali you like. Give them the pamphlet of the tour you would like to go to and get them to negotiate a price that includes them transporting. We have saved about 500,000 rupiah each tour this way.

A lot! - Don't have breakfast. The menus are on their website - vegetarian option available & they do give you a print out of the recipes to take home: Chicken with a sate sauce, sambal ulek, chicken soup, tuna in banana leaf & mie goreng. It's great

No you can’t pay with card, but you can ask the driver to stop at an ATM after they drive you back to your hotel. That’s how I did it. It was totally fine with them.

Hello!
First, I am sorry for the Lombok earthquake.
I will be staying at "Novotel Bali Ngurah Rai Airport" from the 26th to the 27th of August.
And we will stay at the kayon resort in ubud from 27th to 28th of August.
In this case, can you pick up at the novotel hotel on the morning of the 27th and drop off at the kayon resort after the cooking class is over?
If I can do that, I would like to book 2 people in the morning class on the 27th.
