Being my first experience inside a WW2 submarine, it was awesome. At an entrance fee of RP10,000 per head (USD1), well worth it. They have installed air-conditioners inside the submarines, so you won't suffer like the old sailors did.

The place is in the central of the surabaya city, surrounded by mal and high building. Inside the museum is several room that conected one to other. We can see the explanation of every room. I see the bomb around 4-5 metre big and that mezmerize me. sadly this place kinda creepy and dark, but overall if you want to... More

Entrance fee is 10,000 rupiahs per person. There are several steps to climb before going inside the submarine. To move from one room to another, one has to crawl via the small circular entrances. Not recommended for those with mobility issues. The rooms show living quarters, equipment used, engines, etc. Happening near this attraction during my visit was a musical event!

Always see the submarine while passing by the place. And finally have an opportunity to visit the place. Basically the things we can do there are only take photograph of the submarine, look inside the submarine, and watching diorama. Thats it.

First time to be inside a submarine. The condition of the exhibit is not superb but not bad. Not crowded at all when I visit.

It peaked my interest from the outside, it's actually within a park and you need to pay to enter, not much but i can't remember and it's also guarded by Security. When i got it the less and less interesting it got, it look exactly like an inside of a basic ship. If you're a real history buff, it will... More

having a nice walk around Surabaya to get in to this huge submarine. It was nice an experience to be there. It was not only walking through inside the ship but also there was a video play (which I missed out) telling about the history of this submarine. It was very cheap to get in this place which was only... More
