    Spa day with friends
    This spa is wonderful! I’ve been twice with friends and did the half day spa followed by lunch. Booking online was very easy, and they provide transportation to/from the ferry terminal. The facilities are really beautiful and peaceful (no one under 16 years allowed), and the staff is friendly and professional. The restaurant has a variety of cuisines and they accept credit cards! I highly recommend Tempat Senang Spa; it’s a great way to spend a day relaxing at an excellent price, and I can’t wait to go back!

    Half day Spa
    A fantastic half day experience. Everything went like clockwork, from pick up at the ferry terminal, welcome drink whilst selecting three spa treatments, lunch on our reserved table, the three treatments, and finally return trip to the ferry terminal. The treatments were first class, particularly the Hotel Herbal Compress heat treatment. Will definitely return, and hopefully include a game of golf on the adjacent course.

    Blissful Space for a Day Spa Experience
    Got my husband and I a full day spa package (6 treatments). What I L❤️VED: ❤️ the ease of booking online & prompt communication through whatsapp/emails ❤️ Great pricing for 6 treatments (including free lunch) compared to SG ❤️ Totally relaxing environment nestled among greenery ❤️ Small pool and it looks well maintained with a mini "waterfall" ❤️ Impressive and well integrated service among therapists, restaurant staff, driver service and front desk services ❤️ Massages, hot herbal compress & hair spa treatments were fantastic. Small gestures like chilled bean bags were placed as eye covers and around the neck to cool the body. ❤️ The food at the restaurant was fabulous. The service is impeccable - friendly and professional What I H❤️PED FOR FUTURE: 🤞 Outdoor milk bath area to be shielded by greenery or curtains instead of opaque window panels for privacy. We were looking forward to soak in the OUTDOOR milk bath and were disappointed that we had to close all the window panes to avoid being seen. Ended up, it felt like an indoor bath instead 🤞 Foot reflexology & hair spa were done in an outdoor patio. It will be nice to have more fans or mist fans to keep the area cool. It was super hot and we were thankful for the chilled bean bag placed around our necks. 🤞 Promotional packages for returning customers or a membership programme

Wonderful review with highlights ❤️ We will have a look what we can do at the gazebo area - if it is possible to shield it better with curtains or greenery! Thanks for sharing that idea. our outdoor areas have some fans, but perhaps it is not enough when it gets very sunny for days. I will look into mist fans and see if we have space to do such an installation as a project in the future. Regarding the promo packages, please reach out - we are about to introduce our loyalty cards for both half day spa and full day spa. The most relaxing experience

We went to Tempat Senang on a Friday and truly had the best experience. Not only is the spa extremely helpful when it comes to booking your stay and trip from Singapore, but the journey there is also incredibly smooth. From Singapore you take a short and comfortable ferry ride over to the island and then a kind driver picks you up and drives you to paradise. The spa is located in a jungle, you’re greeted by friendly staff and then taken to your own private area where you can select six treatments. The lady helping us advised us which treatments would be good based on our skin. We were then accompanied to our private room, with bathroom, where our treatments started. After 3 treatments we also received a free lunch in the beautiful restaurant. Overall, all staff was kind, attentive and our a lot of emphasis on privacy. Our treatments were all amazing - I highly recommend the foot reflexology, hair spa, and the sugar scrub. If I could I would do all of the treatments! I highly recommend this spot as a little getaway trip.

A good relaxing getaway

Had a great time at the spa, spent the night and loved the Borneo room! Everything was nice but you better tell them in advance if you want more than the 3 services, when we tried to get an extra service on our day 2, they told us they could not, which is annoying for a spa. Service in the restaurant was super slow and we had to ask multiple times for silverware, so I took away a point. Would return tho!

A Relaxing and Idyllic Day Spa Experience!

I traveled to Indonesia from Singapore with two friends just to visit Tempat Senang Spa for a half-day experience. It was not only so relaxing, but the property/interior design itself inspires wonder and tranquility. The staff were so friendly, and across three treatments (a Balinese massage, a body scrub, and a reflexology massage) I never felt uncomfortable. We enjoyed a delicious lunch afterwards. I would absolutely visit frequently if I could! Alas, I live on the other side of the world, but my friend from Singapore will definitely return in the future, and I would recommend Tempat Senang to anyone interested in a quiet, rejuvenating experience while visiting a beautiful country.

Fantastic Spa Day

My friends and I went to Tempat Senang Spa for a half day at the spa and loved every minute of it! I received a massage, facial, and pedicure and left the facilities feeling completely relaxed and pampered. We had an amazing lunch at the resort as well where I had one of the best mocktails of my life. Between lunch and our shuttle back to the ferry to return to Singapore, we were able to relax poolside. I definitely recommend Tempat Senang for anyone looking for a spa day or weekend getaway. Next time I hope to spend the night as the hotel rooms looked extremely comfortable.

Delightful Day SPA experience.

Excellent service begins at the first point of contact, be it phone or email or messages, through and until we have left the resort, back home with something we take back physically, experientially and lingering memories. For Tempat Senang Spa, situated at a peaceful and quiet area, I give 4 stars, because they have been there right from the start till I am back home. Nothing can replace real people with a conviction for excellent service.

We took the 6hr DAY SPA Package which included a lunch for us. We naturally chose the Nasi Campur because this dish liken to us a sample of their various local dishes. The minute we took our first bite, we were delighted!

All the masseurs who attended to us, had been dedicated, attentive, friendly and experienced. Our aching bodies were greatly relaxed and rejuvenated after the whole treatment which ended with a pampering milk bath.

Similarly, the concierge staffs and the program executive who helped us finalised our individual program had also been attentive and patient. Oh one more thing, I causally mentioned during our initial booking that I and wifey are celebrating our 25th Anniversary, this was picked up and they took the initiative to decorate a small area of our treatment room with towel swans facing each other in a heart shape, a congratulatory card and flower petals around.

Yes I will want to be back there again. 👍🏼 😃

Hi Amoscuzza, What a brilliant half a day away from the city... a (hopefully) smooth ferry ride with some great views passing Sentosa and seing CBD, a busy shipping strait to cross and already the beautiful island of Batam comes into view... after 45 minutes the harbour is reached at Sekupang Port. Glad you enjoyed the treatments, we have a few house favourites like the Balinese Massage or the Office Massage. Plenty of choices to try them all over time. Did you know we also make the skincare products (we use in the spa and the hotel rooms) all ourselves in our laboratory on site??
