I traveled to Indonesia from Singapore with two friends just to visit Tempat Senang Spa for a half-day experience. It was not only so relaxing, but the property/interior design itself inspires wonder and tranquility. The staff were so friendly, and across three treatments (a Balinese massage, a body scrub, and a reflexology massage) I never felt uncomfortable. We enjoyed a delicious lunch afterwards. I would absolutely visit frequently if I could! Alas, I live on the other side of the world, but my friend from Singapore will definitely return in the future, and I would recommend Tempat Senang to anyone interested in a quiet, rejuvenating experience while visiting a beautiful country.

We went to Tempat Senang on a Friday and truly had the best experience. Not only is the spa extremely helpful when it comes to booking your stay and trip from Singapore, but the journey there is also incredibly smooth. From Singapore you take a short and comfortable ferry ride over to the island and then a kind driver picks you up and drives you to paradise. The spa is located in a jungle, you’re greeted by friendly staff and then taken to your own private area where you can select six treatments. The lady helping us advised us which treatments would be good based on our skin. We were then accompanied to our private room, with bathroom, where our treatments started. After 3 treatments we also received a free lunch in the beautiful restaurant. Overall, all staff was kind, attentive and our a lot of emphasis on privacy. Our treatments were all amazing - I highly recommend the foot reflexology, hair spa, and the sugar scrub. If I could I would do all of the treatments! I highly recommend this spot as a little getaway trip.

Our experience at Tempat Senang was wonderful. The staff went above and beyond to see that our day was perfect. Initially, we made an error in booking the ferry to the island and they were able to resolve it for us quickly and efficiently. That certainly helped start our day off well! My husband and I chose three treatments each and every one was what we hoped for and more. We then stayed on for a delicious Indonesian lunch that we thoroughly enjoyed while relaxing beside the pool. I recommend Tempat Senang to anyone wishing a day of complete relaxation and pleasure!

Took a friend across to the spa who was in Singapore visiting for a few days! We had an amazing afternoon! All 3 treatments that we had were spectacular. We opted for the Facial, Body Scrub and Balinese massage. The massage was high quality and firm. Spectacular setting & service!

We took the 6 hour spa day trip to Tempat Senang and we had a wonderful time there. We had awesome individuals massaging us and the products they used were really good. Lunch is thrown in as with the 10 mins land transfers. 6 hours just went by like that. It was a much needed recharge.

I've just enjoyed the best 'long weekend' away with my husband to chill and relax, get pampered and enjoy the wonderful food at Tempat Senang. The staff are attentive but not in your face. The spa treatments are heavenly and professional. The food is abundant and authentic to its various styles, Indonesian, Thai or Western. The duo that sang over dinner on Saturday night was a lovely surprise. They were great. Less than an hour from Singapore but felt like I was a million miles away. Bliss.

Amazing experience as a first time visitor. The setting is so peaceful and tranquil and the staff team couldn't do enough to make our visit one to remember. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend a visit to anyone coming to the island or perhaps visiting Singapore (just a short ferry ride away).

From the moment we stepped out of the ferry terminal we were looked after in 5 star fashion. Our driver was polite and friendly and the spa is beautiful and a haven of calm. We had amazing massages, body scrub, facial and reflexology. The products are gorgeous. Lunch was delicious and everyone treated us wonderfully and with kind smiling faces. We could not have asked for a better day.

It was my first visit to this spa resort. My friend and I stayed in the Indonesia room from 18-19 November 2023. We loved the ambience and serene surrounding of the entire place. One staff caught my attention and she is Arik Yuliana. Not only can she speak very fluent english, she was extremely patient and helpful in giving us shopping advice and food recommendations, which were to our liking. As a consequence, we enjoyed the delectable local delights served at the restaurant. Thank you, Arik!

My mom and I had an absolutely amazing day at Tempat Senang; I am currently pregnant so this was such a relaxing sanctuary for us to spend time together and get properly pampered! Every time I visit, I remember how special this place is - from the service from the ferry terminal to the attentiveness of ALL spa staff to the to-die-for authentic Indonesian food, Tempat Senang is a complete gem. Can't wait to be back AFTER baby, too!
