Not to be missed!

Beautiful scenery and the waterfall was breathtaking! Really worth the effort to visit and walk down to view it up close.

Jungle trekking takes an hour and a half. Met a few fellow travelers and we hiked together. The place is really beautiful and breathtaking. Managed to catch a glimpse of an orang Utan.

Most would balk at a 2 hour trek through a jungle to catch sight of this pale blue waterfall, pale blue due to the sulfuric content from Sibayak. We were fortunate that we were able to access the jungle area without having to rely on a tour. We did have to enlist the services of a guide however from the... More

Sibolangit is not far away from Medan and there was a hidden paradise inside the deep sibolangit forest. Don't go alone trekking inside the jungle, it took 2 hours trekking from the starting point. Enjoy the beauty of the green forest. We was so lucky because nobody was there except for us to enjoy the amazing scenery. But i was... More

The waterfall is a nice little place to visit. The view is worth the 2 hours walk thru the forest. Only the guide simply walked in front of us leading the path without explaining anything at all, a little bit hard in the middle with - there is a difficult walk with rope part. Yet, it was a nice jungle... More

It was a primitive road to drive through - jungle all through but lovely different green plants and leaves if anyone appreciates this kind of nature. The water was blue and waterfall very nice. We went all the way to the end of road by car. Don't go out of your way - only if you have time and nothing... More

Very challenging to get in there and locals keep mentioning that the site is full of demonic spirit. When we went in, we did feel the path was very primitive and if you do not have strong stamina, I would suggest that you forget attempting this trip. After about two hours hard walking, we eventually arrived and yes, it is... More
