This was a highlight of my Israel tour. There are two parts to the tour: an indoor part and an outdoor portion. Walking outdoors, one encounters living actors dressed like people in Jesus' day. A man leads a donkey through the stony hillside; a shepherd...More

Since we were with a tour group of 40 people we didn't have a long time to spend at each place where we stopped on our tour. That was okay here in Nazareth since the Nazareth Village only required about an hour of our time...More

Our tour group specifically requested to add Nazareth Village to our agenda-- and we all agreed it was one of our top things we did in Israel. We were met when we entered by our guide, Rosha (sp?) who explained the background of the village...More

This replica village is very well done, with costumed actors portraying variety of villagers living as people in Nazareth lived when Jesus was growing up there. A very interesting experience. Nice gift shop with a gold selection of souvenirs and local craft items.

This experience sets you back 2000 + years ago showing how people lived off the land and with one another. It does a great job of ushering you back to biblical times. It was one of my better more enjoyable visits

This was a stop on my escorted tour of Israel and was a favorite of my tour group. I didn't share their enthusiasm because I'm not a fan of reenactments. If I were traveling independently, I wouldn't have visited it. However, many people find reenactments...More

I was with a tour group and had prepaid, but I am certain that credit cards are accepted for admission. We used one at the gift shop.
