Marriage Vow Renewal

An interesting church on the spot where water was changed to wine. The huge size of the stone wine urns was surprising.

Not much to do in this city. There's the wedding church that's nice, and I bought a souvineer but that's about it. It's ok to stop here if passing through for like an hour but definitely don't go out of your way to come here, especially if you use Public transportation because it is poor here, I waited for several... As devotee of Father Mitch Pacwa's Holy Land Rosary on EWTN, seeing this holy place struck me with pure awe. Just gazing at the beautiful print above the main altar that depicts the wedding feast at Cana recalls Father Mitch's second Luminous Mystery at this spot. Our tour group's married couples were able to renew their vows with our group... More

I took a group this morning to renew their marriage vows and they were extremely happy with the experience. Reservation must be done in adavance if one wishes to use main chapel.

This church commemorates the First Miracle of Jesus. Here, most couples renew their marriage vows and receive a certificate of blessing.

From the main road you need to walk through narrow pathway dotted with wine shops selling local wine in the guise of original wine Jesus made through HIS first miracle.

During our Holy Land Tour we reached Cana after visiting the Joseph's workshop and the group was lucky to perform prayers. After the prayers, all of us reminiscence the marriage vows and held our hands together. This is the location where the Jesus performed his first miracle by changing water into wine during a marriage function at the instance of... More

First miracle of Jesus happen in this place, where He turned water into wine in a wedding. That's what this place is famous, the wedding, the wine, and the miracle. This place is usually visited for those married couples, who can have their "renewed" wedding vow, if you're with a group, usually you will have a Mass Matrimony. They can... More

Site of Jesus's first miracle with water into wine, the small church sits on the location where history took place. This is a West Bank location in a Muslim neighborhood, so a tour guide to get there is a good idea. We felt safe in the area but would not wander far from the church. Very limited parking. Church is... More
