What a vantage point to see the Sea of Galilee in all its glory. To think that Jesus very likely prayed on this mountain adds to its awesomeness.

There's probably not a better spot to take in the whole region at once and get a perspective on the area. Photos do not do it justice.

Arbel offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. A great photo op, not to mention the history. We took a guided tour, which made it all the more special.

The view will make you breathless as will as the climb! This isn't as easy if you ascend midday. But it is much worth it to see the Sea of Galilee and surrounding areas!

Mount Arbel is very unique with the structure of the hills, site management and magnificent views you can capture. The site simply worth a visit.

Problem is that you don't say where you are hiking to. If you are just staying around the park on the clifftop/summit area, no problem. A most interesting place. But if you are taking the INT north, that is seriously steep... More
