the road up is not for the faint hearted. Throughly enjoyed our walk around the gardens, best to wear trainers as the terrain is quite rough.

Full spectrum of trees and plants to experience where all our spices grow; was very informative and interesting tour; floristic garden with nice ocean view; must-see on Mahe Island

First the positives, the food, simple salads utilising the crops from the garden were excellent. The views over the bay were fantastic. What’s not to like.... sadly many things... I fear that the gardens have seen much better days. Being perhaps too fair, maybe we...More

DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS TO GET HERE! Ask a local! We followed Google Maps and our car nearly got stuck on a hill! When we finally got to the Spice Gardens, it was an oasis of lush plant life and a really cool way...More

I really wanted to like this Spice Garden, but it just wasn't worth the money. But if you have nothing else to do, then yeah. It's a go. You pay and they give you a map you can't read and you find your way around....More

A bit of a surprise package. Not just spice gardens in the jungle. An interesting collection of animals to keep the children amused. Cafe and souvenirs as well.

We came with 2 young children (2 and 3)! Nice and friendly welcome by the staff, especially one nice lady who made friends with the boys and showed them the turtles and rabbits! The garden is up in the mountains, what a drive! Was worried...More

The garden offers almost all original and imported plants that grow on the Seychelles. So you can get a good overview over the local flora. The signage could be better, many trees are not signposted. But the ladies at the reception and in the cafe...More
