Beautiful beach and my favourite on Mahé. The waves are quite big, which gives your swim there a lot more excitement. Careful the current can be very strong, so don't venture too far away from the shore line. Children should stay in the shallow.

Absolutely beautiful beach, we reached here just in time to watch the sun go down 😍 Definitely worth a visit. Also, there's a souvenir shop close by!

The beach itself is very beautiful, you can have free parking near by and walk 1 minute though green jungles. Maybe it depends on weather, but when we visit Anse Intendanse in the beginning of June, there were big waves and sign "no swimming" you...More

Large and not crowded beach. White sand, very blue sea and typical granite boulders. Amazing place to take pictures. When we visited sea was quite rough, not good for swimming.

It is worth a visit. The beach is lovely and there is a free car park with a water tap to wash your legs and feet before getting back into your vehicle. This beach is famous for the exciting big waves which will knock you...More

It's a beautiful beach. We couldn't swim because the water was very rough. August is probably not a good time to go there if you plan to swim. There were hardly 6-7 people on the beach. Good place to chill!

Went there with rental car, absolutely amazing. In the morning I was nearly alone, amazing view, not always for swimming!

Not easy to reach, but it is worth the effort. The beach is absolutely stunning, secluded and unique. Careful with the sea, the currents can be dangerous...

You can access it easily without any problem. Just bear in mind, that there are no beach facilities around (e.g. showers, toilets, food stalls), so you will have to take everything you need with you.

There are no facilities of any kind anywhere near this beach, except for one hotel. You will have to search elsewhere. It is still worth visiting though, because it's beautiful.

Hi Amran, We loved Praslin but we stayed there 5 days, exploring all the corners of it. You can use the local bus to go around but you can hire a car as well. I used steppe car hire, really good car and service, they... More
