We attended a concert here and the Egg provided an intimate concert experience. Parking was easy at the Empire State Plaza for $5. I would definitely attend another concert here.

Albany lacks a lot of things, namely fun or exciting things to do and see. The Egg is easily the most unique thing in Albany, and while it's good for a few photos, that's all we got out of it. It's certainly an odd structure. it's located next to the convention hall. Sadly, one of the more exciting things to... More

Architecturally, this is a strange building but it adds a bit of charm to Albany's skyline. (I like to tell people who just moved to the area that it's our UFO building. :]) Inside, it's great for events. We saw a comedian once there and it seemed like despite being father back, we had fantastic views and the sound was... More

We were in the smaller area which made it a much more personal experience, almost inter-active with the performers. Only water was allowed in the theater and the sales... More

What a great place for a concert. Not a bad seat on the house. Very personable vibe with the comforts of being indoors.

There appears to be not a bad seat in the house. Seats are wider than average and the amount of leg room was amazing. My husband is 6'2" and had at least 4 inches of space from... More
