Locate near with other tourist spot. I think it is a so small forest that you can walk around 15-20 mins and you will already finished seeing everything. It's like a miniature of a forest and an ancient house in it.

Not much for a forest & things to see. Just a stroll to get to Choseongdam Observatory. The surrounding areas like the Gyeongju Hyanggyo & Gyodong Choessigotaek are much more interesting.

If you are looking for something to see INSIDE the gyerim forest area, sorry you will be extremely disappointed, I was there in early March and there's nothing at all besides a tombstone and a pavilion, it's just an area with the story of a kid found inside the area and later he became one of the kings of the... I came to see this as I was here in autumn and wanted to see the leaves changing colour. Its a small "forest" which you can walk around and see some nature, but its not something you should come out of your way for, luckily there were other things in the area that you can also see.

Walk the meandering path that twists and turns between trees and over a small stream. No bikes allowed!

It is much more like a small lightly wooded area, but it does have some very old trees. It is quite moody, but doesn't take up much of your time.

Gyerim Forest is "in between" Cheomseongdae Astronomical Observatory and Gyochon Traditional Village. It's a nice place to chill after exploring Gyochon Traditional Village. This forest feels like in the storybook tales. Big old trees, love the "green" nature smell that totally refreshed us. Bring the camera to capture some of the fruits growing there and there are 2 green hill... More

We spent hours here, walking around this forest and its surroundings. It has beautiful ancient trees, pasture, fields of wild flowers abound. I took some truly amazing pics here. So relaxed with a few school children and visitors. Bring a camera enjoy the freshness!

Passed by this forest as part of our very sedate experience on the "insect bus" that took us all round the surrounding park. The forest is steeped in history and today serves as a pleasant place where we rested in the shade of the ancient zelkova and willow trees
