This is an old temple however not very famous smoking tourists. A great rustic look and walls have beautiful paintings.

This is actually a hidden undiscovered gem . the paintings and exhibits are really beautiful , The temple has really good vibes and it's definitely a must visit place .

Following on from Harsha's review posted earlier, the Monk who takes care of this temple may not be on the grounds when you visit. You may have to track him down in the house out back (complete with pack of stray doggies) to open up...More

My Wife & Daughters were very interested to locate this temple while we were on vacation in Galle. After visiting the Martin Wickramasinghe museum we asked many taxi (3 wheel) drivers of this temple but none were obliging & had no idea of this place....More
